Registration Information:
In order to register online you must fully complete the registration form to the right! You can register multiple people under one submission, but you should complete name, and dietary restrictions for each guest. You will be prompted to "purchase" your tickets, this allows PFP to capture your contact information, but no payment method is required.

Dr. Pontone, Division Chief and Professor of Aging, Behavioral, and Cognitive Neurology, along with his role as Co-Director of the Fixel Neuropsychiatry Program, will share invaluable insights on how to manage anxiety and depression with Parkinson's. Additionally, we will hear from Dr. Daniel Claassen, Chief, Division of Cognitive Disorders, and Professor at Vanderbilt.
